This Creative Journal Expressive Arts workshop is designed and facilitated around the goals and values of your family, group or organization. If it is not clear what your personal or group goals and values are, this workshop is helpful in defining them and envisioning how the individual as a collaborator fits into a greater dynamic.
Whether you are beginning, are in the midst of,
or ending a relationship, learn tools to help you:
Identify blocks that impede an authentic relationship
Dispel OLD beliefs and patterns around a relationship
Envision a new way of interrelating with
your current, future or past partner

Although this three hour workshop is designed for individuals, couples are welcome to attend together.
I will design a couples workshop if interest arrises.
The cost is $35 per person with a minimum of 4 people.
This three hour workshop is $35 per person and requires a minimum of eight people or multiples of eight. A family Mandala can be adapted for a group of four.
